I am the Senior Project manager on the project and have been involved since our very first fact finding visit to Niamey back in September 2009. The posts which follow are all from Updates that are sent to people involved in the project.
We're a New Zealand based construction company and have a number of people hard at work in NZ who need to know what goes on over here and get an appreciation for conditions and progress.
